Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and update the LMS, ensuring seamless functionality, integration, and security with other systems. Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to facilitate effective platform use. Upload, organize, and maintain training materials, ensuring compliance with SCORM and xAPI standards. Track training completions, generate insightful reports, and support audits. Assist employees with troubleshooting and provide guidance on effectively using the LMS. Identify and implement system improvements to enhance learning experiences and employee engagement. Provide support to Training & Development as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in LMS administration or a similar role. Strong knowledge of LMS platforms. Proficiency in SCORM/xAPI standards and content management tools. Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments. The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
