About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Mid-Market Sales for North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in this segment, defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, and driving predictable revenue growth. This role is pivotal in scaling a high-performing team and is directly linked to the company's annual recurring revenue and growth strategy. The VP will be expected to own the mid-market sales strategy, lead and mentor a team of managers and account executives, and ensure the delivery of revenue targets. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves partnering with various teams to design and execute cohesive go-to-market motions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in SaaS sales leadership, particularly in mid-market environments, and be adept at pipeline management, forecasting, and operational discipline. To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive SaaS sales leadership experience, with a focus on mid-market sales. A background in content management, digital experience platforms, or enterprise SaaS solutions is required. The role demands an individual with a deep expertise in sales processes, playbooks, and onboarding programs, as well as the ability to foster a high-performance culture. The VP will also be expected to engage in strategic customer deals, represent the company at various events, and ensure the team embodies the company's values. An analytical mindset, proficiency in CRM tools, and excellent communication skills are a must. A willingness to travel across North America and a background in building and refining scalable sales processes are also key requirements.
