- Driver Positions Pay Weekly
- Hourly Pay: $17.00 Per Hour
- Shift Pay: $0.50 Per Hour
- Hours Per Week: 40 + hours per week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Start Time: 3:00 PM

- Tractor Type: Yard Tractor
- Trailer Type: 53' Dry Van
- Freight: No Touch
- Forklift experience required: 6-9 Months
Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements - Minimum 21 years of age
- Must have verifiable driving experience in "like" equipment:
- 9 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Yard Driver Examination
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.
Responsibilities - Primarily responsible for safely handling and maneuvering tractor trailers on the yard, but cannot drive on public roads
- The position requires compliance with safety & DOT Regulations, continuous training and customer service
Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
- Maintaining accurate records and logs
- Maintaining accurate move and yard inventory records Other tasks as assigned
