📣 Job Opportunity: Remote Recruiter

🧭 Role Overview

This is a high-volume outbound recruiting role . Contractors are expected to:

• Make 25 calls per hour
• Book 100 interviews per week (targeting 2.5 bookings/hour)
• Achieve 9 hires per quarter

Your mission: identify qualified candidates, engage them effectively, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with local teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and schedule interviews.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly to keep candidates engaged.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your recruiting skills and stay current with best practices.

💡 Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills

• Customer service or call center experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based tools
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 1+ year working with digital platforms or CRM systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
