**Seed Technician**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The primary responsibilities of this role, Seed Technician (Tuscon, AZ) are:

+ Operate equipment and systems leveraging real-time data/technology according to existing procedures;

+ Operate equipment and systems leveraging real-time data/technology according to existing procedures;

+ Alert senior technicians and leadership as needed when non-conformities in product or process variance occurs;

+ Assist in the preparation of key process documentation;

+ Provide support in administrative procedures, documenting key readings, maintenance orders, and production information leveraging data systems;

+ Participate in Team meetings (multiple levels);

+ Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) standards;

+ Comply with internal procedures and support compliance with legal requirements applicable to local area;

+ Engage in continuous improvement programs;

+ Other duties and tasks as assigned.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in related area;

+ Basic knowledge of IT (Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or facilities with systems;)

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license;

+ Ability to work long hours and rotational shifts; including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed;

+ Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written;

+ Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs;

+ Ability to work indoors and outdoors, walk on uneven surfaces.
