We are looking for a  SPED Case Manager to join our dynamic team   in   Placerville, CA , and  we want YOU to be part of this exciting journey!  

 
Qualifications:  

• This position serves multiple sites and requires travel to/from Placerville, CA, Minden, NV, and San Andreas, CA
• Bachelor's degree and a valid California teaching credential, or eligibility for appropriate credentials/permits.  Either a Mild to Moderate Education Specialist and a Single Subject Credential OR a Mild to Moderate Education Specialist and Multiple Subject Credential is required.
• Successful experience in classroom teaching; demonstrated success in teaching at risk students, including appropriate curriculum design, lesson planning, and Clinical Teaching
