About the Opportunity

We’re a growing solar and roofing company seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Estimator / Sales Representative who’s ready to take ownership of their pipeline and income. Whether your background is in roofing, solar, or both, we’re looking for someone who can jump in, generate bids, close deals, and help take our business to the next level.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment and wants to grow quickly within a company where performance is recognized and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue project opportunities via bid boards, referrals, and outbound sales
• Estimate and prepare proposals for solar and/or roofing projects (at least one required; both )
• Manage and follow up on bid submissions from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Track all activities in CRM and manage a personal sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
• Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitive landscape

What We’re Looking For

• Estimating experience in either solar or roofing (both is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with construction bid boards and the bidding process
• A self-starter with excellent follow-through and organizational skills
• Confident communicator and persuasive salesperson
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using estimating software and CRM platforms
• Highly motivated by commissions and long-term growth potential
