Virginia State Police (VSP) is in need of an MS365 Teams Administrator to assist the agency in implementing Teams and SharePoint and integrating these technologies into their current business processes. The Administrator will take a lead role in developing and enforcing governance policies. The Administrator will assist the end users in developing solutions that utilize Teams and SharePoint, and will develop, or assist the end users in developing, these solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The Administrator will provide first level support for Teams users at the agency.
Basic Qualifications (minimum):
-Significant experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint - including administration, installation, and configuration.
-Experience developing Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
-Experience with Windows OS
-Experience running small projects
Duties will include:
1. Adding and removing user accounts
2. Providing some first level user support (understand this may require some training, depending on the application)
3. Overseeing governance for the application (i.e., ensuring that the agency's policies are adhered to).
4. Acting as a primary point of contact for business users, vendors, and IT to coordinate support tickets and resolving other issues.
5. Other related duties as required.
