You will bid on routes using a seniority-based electronic bid board which keeps things fair for everyone. Start times vary by route and scheduled dispatch.
Your schedule and home time will consist of a 60 - 70 hour cycle duty on average. You will have a varying schedule based on the needs of the business that includes both over the road and local work.
