  • Attention to detail and consistency in design execution.
  • Flexible and adaptable across multiple design styles and formats.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple requests and deadlines.

Required Experience & Skills (Minimum):

  • 2+ years professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital assets.
  • Familiarity with design for both print and digital formats.

Ideal Experience & Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere).
  • Exposure to collaborative design tools (Figma, Canva).
  • Industry background in marketing agencies, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversions) to guide design choices.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

A Graphic Designer's day revolves around turning concepts into compelling visual assets. You will:

  • Review design requests from marketing, sales, or leadership, prioritizing based on campaign deadlines.
  • Develop creative concepts for digital or print collateral, translating ideas into polished designs.
  • Iterate designs based on team or client feedback, making adjustments while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Prepare final assets in multiple formats optimized for print, digital, and social.
