Salary: $122,000 - 182,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 5-7 years of pertinent experience
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• A solid understanding of governance frameworks, such as policies, standards, best practices, and terminology to ensure effective governance
• Familiarity with Federal and State privacy laws and regulations, including privacy impact assessments and data protection assessments
• Knowledge of governance as it relates to data privacy management and concepts
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with privacy tools such as OneTrust, and familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and Catalog/Glossary/Metadata tools like Collibra and Data Flux

Responsibilities:

• In this role at Freddie Mac, I will be responsible for:
• Assisting in the definition of Governance Scope related to enterprise data privacy
• Collaborating with Division Chief Data Officers, Division Risk Officers, and Division Privacy Liaisons to translate business strategies into practical, business-oriented Privacy Governance strategies
• Evaluating proposed privacy tools and capabilities regarding personal data management
• Developing and implementing requirements with partners to establish new metrics related to personal data usage across divisions
• Governing compliance with the enterprise control framework and leading governance aspects associated with the Enterprise Data Privacy Strategy and Roadmap
