Role Summary We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is fully remote and will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing digital and print assets that elevate our brands and engage our guests. From eye-catching social media graphics to beautifully crafted menus, you'll play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities - Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including:
- Social media graphics
- Email marketing visuals
- Website banners and digital ads
- Animations or motion graphics (a plus, but not required)
- Design print materials such as:
- Menus
- Flyers, posters, and event collateral
- Branded merchandise or packaging
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for each restaurant concept, ensuring consistency across all materials
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and culinary teams to support promotions, campaigns, and new restaurant openings
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Stay current on design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or related industries
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand systems
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt design styles across diverse brands and concepts
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely with teams across time zones
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print projects
