Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, bake, and finish bakery items such as burger buns, bread, and cakes
• Assist in daily prep for desserts like cakes, brownies, and for special occasions and events
• Ensure freshness and quality of all baked goods for restaurant and catering use
• Maintain inventory and prep logs; assist with ordering and stock rotation
• Work from recipes and ensure consistency across batches
• Keep bakery station and equipment clean and sanitized per food safety standards
• Package baked items for retail or take-out when required
• Support catering and large event prep with bulk baked items

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production setting (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of baking measurements, dough handling, and oven operation
• Experience with Indian baked goods is a plus , but not required
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment
