Position Details:

• Role: Remote Medical Customer Service Representative
• Pay: $16 per hour (weekly pay) plus benefits
• Training: Paid training provided
• Equipment: Company-provided equipment
• Start Date: October/November 2025
• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8?AM-10?PM Eastern Time (must be available for any 8-hour shift within these hours, including Saturdays)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, with occasional outbound calls as needed
• Provide clear and accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
• Assist callers with questions about application status and next steps
• Follow approved scripts and company policies to ensure consistency and compliance
• Accurately document interactions and navigate multiple internal systems
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and follow up appropriately

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of recent call-center customer service experience (required)
• Healthcare or medical claims experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to multitask and use dual monitors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer literacy (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
• High attention to detail and a commitment to meeting key performance indicators
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internet and modem access
• High school diploma or equivalent
