Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
A bit about us: Based in the Denver area, we are a medical device company on the forefront of leading-edge technologies that is seeking a Production Supervisor (weekend Shift) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency and safety while maintaining the highest quality of products.

**Hours are: Friday – Sunday. 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6:30pm

Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the production process, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
2. Implement and monitor production plans, adjusting as necessary to meet company goals and objectives.
3. Ensure compliance with all EH&S regulations and guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
4. Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
5. Work closely with the quality control team to ensure the quality of products meets the company's high standards.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
8. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process, implementing effective solutions promptly.
9. Prepare and present production reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, engineering, or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the scientific industry.
3. Strong knowledge of chemical processes, EH&S, and production planning.
4. Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
