We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the processing of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Verify the accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
• Maintain inventory records and update the warehouse management system.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping and receiving processes.
• Address and resolve any issues with shipments, such as damage or discrepancies.
• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Occasionally make off-site deliveries.
• Professionally communicate/coordinate with customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse shipping and receiving preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and software.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed.
