Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate in Boulder, CO - $21/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 2:40 PM – 10:40 PM

Pay: $21/hour

About the Role

Step into a fast-paced warehouse environment where every day brings variety and teamwork. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the backbone of operations—keeping materials moving, supporting production, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Keep production flowing: Pick and deliver raw materials to the right departments.

• Own the shipping process: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments with precision.

• Move with confidence: Stage pallets using a pallet jack and load/unload trucks efficiently.

• Stay hands-on: Tackle a mix of tasks that keep the warehouse organized and productive.

What You Bring

• Solid experience in warehouse operations—picking, packing, and inventory control.

• Comfort using RF scanners and managing inventory accurately.

• Ability to stay on your feet and handle materials throughout the shift.

• Forklift and pallet jack skills (or willingness to learn).

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.

Work Environment

• Active, hands-on work—standing and moving throughout your shift.

• Small team of 3–4 people, so your contributions really matter.

• A mix of responsibilities that keep things interesting every day.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
