About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Go-To-Market Sales Strategy and Planning. This strategic and analytical leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales performance, and aligning cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include leading the sales analytics function, delivering commercial insights, and serving as a strategic liaison to modernize the sales tech stack. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, or sales planning, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a high-growth, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales tech ecosystems, sales compensation design, quota planning, and territory optimization. Deep expertise in sales metrics, pipeline forecasting, and market modeling is essential. The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. The candidate should be highly analytical, with a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes through technology and a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation.
