Maintain research charts, interpret protocols, and ensure meticulous data entry and submission within specified timeframes. Specimen Handling (25%) : Coordinate request, preparation, shipment, and submission of biological specimens and imaging data per protocol and federal guidelines. Manage lab kits and specimen tracking systems. Patient Follow-up (15%) : Coordinate patient visits, ensure protocol compliance, and update clinical trial management systems promptly. Adverse Event Reporting (15%) : Report adverse events to NCI, sponsors, IRB, and DSMC per guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Staff Training & Collaboration (10%) : Participate in training, collaborate with team members, and assist with educational material development.
