Location: This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland. Candidates must be local to Lanham, MD or willing to relocate.
Role:
Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Designer to help transform our federal client's organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with UX researchers to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
- Develops wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- Creates intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhances user experience and usability.
- Ensures designs are accessible, responsive, and comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Iterates on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.
- Works closely with developers to implement design specifications and maintain design consistency across products and platforms.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in user interface design for web, mobile, or desktop applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and development teams.
Clearance:
- Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Clearance.
