This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning and establishing outcomes, implementation, and evaluation. Based on this process, the RN directs and is responsible for other personnel involved in client care. The RN maintains professional accountability for all nursing care provided to clients in the organization. Demonstrates competency in nursing judgment. Maintains awareness of economic barriers of health care and acts accordingly.
