Overview: Facility Name: AccentCare Washington DC Location: 3451 Benning Rd NE, Washington, DC 20019 Washington DC - 60-mile radius Facility size: Varies - home-based care Scrub Color Requirement: any color PPE: TBD Parking: TBD Pay Cycle: Monday-Sunday EMR: HCHB/Oasis Must have HCHB/OASIS experience Case types: Homecare Home Health Hospice RN Orientation: About 2-3 days of orientation. Modules, get an intro to the team Other Details: Once a week they have to go into the office (Usually Tue, Wed and Thur). Mandatory in person Hours: Branches are open 8am - 5pm, they may have patients who want to be seen before or after. Homecare Homebase MUST be completed at the patient's home.
