This is a remote position.

We are searching for a detailoriented Travel Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients to understand their travel needs planning and organizing travel itineraries and booking accommodation flights and local activities.

Successful candidates will be experts in destination knowledge have excellent customer service skills and possess a strong understanding of the latest travel industry trends. (Training and Certifications will be provided)

Responsibilities

• Plan and sell transportation accommodations insurance and other travel services
  
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destination modes of transportation travel dates costs and accommodations
  
• Provide relevant information brochures and publications (guides local customs maps regulations events etc.) to travelers
  
• Book transportation make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
  
• Deal with occurring travel problems complaints or refunds
  
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
  
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files
  
• Network with tour operators to keep up to date with the latest travel packages and discounts
  

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Travel Agent
  
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems and etravelling
  
• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
  
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
  
• Ability to interact communicate and negotiate effectively
  
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
  
• Degree in Hospitality Travel Tourism Business or relevant field
  
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings and maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.
  
• Strong knowledge of various travel locations and associated facilities with the capability to provide detailed information on travel options.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
  
• Ability to use booking and reservation software proficiently as well as general computer and internet skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of travel arrangements are correctly handled from flights and accommodation to transportation and activities.
  
• Negotiation skills to secure the best rates and services for clients and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  
• Problemsolving skills to handle unexpected changes or emergencies in clients travel plans.
  
• Customer service skills to provide a high level of service handle inquiries and complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Awareness of and ability to comply with all travel regulations restrictions and safety guidelines.
