Your Impact:

  • Working in a fast paced environment with the ability to transition between various responsibilities
  • Working closely with team members as well as be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Overall, the Transfer Pricing Analyst / Senior Analyst will oversee the day to day aspects on transfer pricing matters. The key responsibilities this role are:
  • Developing, preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation:
  • Mastering File and Local Files (35%)
  • Country by Country notifications and reporting (35%)
  • Developing, preparing and maintaining transfer pricing models (20%)
  • Assisting in defending transfer pricing related matters in audits (10%)
  • Staying current on recent updates of transfer pricing regulations in the assigned jurisdictions and be able to understand the local requirements from the advisors
  • Communicating with the client, outside advisors and various teams within Geller
  • Coordinating and participating in meetings/conference calls for transfer pricing planning purposes
What you'll offer:
  • 2 - 5 years of transfer pricing experience at a public accounting firm or in a private industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook

  • Master's, Law Degree or CPA
  • Foreign tax experience
  • Advanced Pricing Agreement and/or Mutual Agreement Procedure experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Power BI

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
