Entry-Level Recruiter – High-Volume Call Center (Contract)

Location : Remote |  Industry : Insurance Sales

About the Role:

We’re seeking motivated, detail-oriented recruiters to join a high-volume outbound recruiting team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for making 25 calls per hour, setting 100 interviews weekly, and helping drive 9 hires per quarter. Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top Insurance Sales Agent candidates using job boards, social media, and other digital tools.
• Partner with local branch teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Conduct phone and video interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your recruiting skills and stay current with best practices.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or support role.
• Experience using computer-based systems and Microsoft tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially in a remote work setting.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
