Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Tech (CST) to join a dynamic team in Pittsburgh, PA . This role is ideal for a skilled professional with Level 1 Trauma experience and expertise in neuro and orthopedic surgeries.

Job Details:

• Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15213
• Shift: 10D/E (Discuss schedule flexibility during the interview)
• Hours: 40 hours per week (excluding orientation week)
• Call & Weekends: Required; call may be on weekdays or weekends, and weekend shifts could be Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13-week contract

Requirements:

• Active NBSTSA certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma center
• Proficiency in neuro and orthopedic procedures
• Current BLS certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
• Assist surgeons during procedures with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and care
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and standards
