Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a nursing job in Marietta, Georgia.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered care in a high-acuity PICU setting.
• Perform frequent assessments, monitoring, and critical interventions.
• Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, oscillators, and vasoactive/sedation drips.
• Interpret EKGs, hemodynamic data, ABG/VBG results, and bedside POCT.
• Assist with intubations, line placements, chest tubes, and other procedures.
• Respond to pediatric codes using PALS protocols .
• Mentor/precept nurses and students; support education and team growth.
• Participate in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and shared governance.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Active GA or Compact RN license, BLS, PALS.
• Experience: 5+ years direct patient care (PICU/critical care preferred).
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and EHR proficiency.
