Job Title: Sonographer – Ultrasound/Vascular
Location: Syracuse, NY
Type: 8 Weeks Contract
Pay Rate: $60 to $65/hr
Description:
We are seeking a qualified Sonographer with expertise in Ultrasound and Vascular imaging for an 8-week contract role in Syracuse, NY. The position requires independent operation of sonographic equipment, accurate image acquisition, and communication of diagnostic findings.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an ultrasound program accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE).
RDMS certification in Abdomen and OB/GYN required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in diagnostic medical sonography.
Must pass pre-employment health clearance..
Responsibilities:
Perform and interpret ultrasound studies independently.
Accurately identify normal vs. pathological findings.
Maintain equipment and manage daily lab operations.
Communicate findings clearly to radiologists.
Gather and evaluate patient medical history relevant to each exam.
