Working knowledge of PASSR, MDS, BIMS AND PHQ9 screenings. Skills and Competencies: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language clearly. Must be able to relate to the elderly in a dignified manner and build a relationship with residents that are positive and supportive. Must be extremely knowledgeable and competent in all processes of SNF admissions and discharge procedures - documentation and compliance requirements.
