Join Dermalogica as a Full-Time Sephora Account Retail Ambassador and be accountable for driving retail sales and promoting Dermalogica services within assigned Sephora partner doors in a very visible and important market! Working independently and in conjunction with others, you will work diligently to model best Dermalogica practices within a fast-paced, multi-branded retail environment. Servicing high volume locations are the priority. 7 hour shifts are scheduled during peak retail time periods (generally 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM) to include every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and most Sundays. Estimated work week to consistently be 35-40 hours. Ability to be flexible with scheduling to accommodate business requirements. The ideal candidate will reside in/around the Culver City area of Los Angeles with coverage of select stores located in LA and Orange County. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Promote, sell, and educate features and benefits of Dermalogica products, striving to reach defined retail targets, some in brand new Sephora accounts. Maintain a comprehensive level of Dermalogica product knowledge including new product launches and in-store promotional efforts. Establish consistent partnerships in Sephora that motivate store leadership and beauty advisors to support Dermalogica as a leading skincare brand. Execute events designed to meet defined objectives on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis. Strong focus on FSC (Field Support Center) events in a high visibility market. Highly level of communication! Regular and consistent touch bases with Sephora Account Managers and Regional Manager with business needs, wins, and opportunities. Education and/or Experience: Strong background in retail sales and promotional event planning within the skincare industry required Preferably with Sephora Multi-location responsibility experience required Having an Esthetics license is preferred Valid drivers license with reliable transportation and ability to drive extensively within the territory required Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ADP Must have a clear understanding of market and consumer needs with the ability to communicate such needs to retail partners and appropriate Dermalogica management Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent selling skills Ability to teach and motivate others Engaging personality - ability to interact with a diverse mix of sales associates and customers Effective organizational skills Strong industry knowledge The expected pay range for this position is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour.
