We are seeking an SEO specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will work to drive organic traffic to our site and improve our organization's search engine results. You should have an understanding of SEO strategies, knowledge of multiple analytic and tracking tools, and experience in creating progress reports to share with team members and senior leadership. Responsibilities Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's website search engine results rankings Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive content creation and content marketing Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations Create and execute link building strategy Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts Qualifications Experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building. Understanding of AI as it relates to search engine rankings Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A passion for staying updated on SEO trends and industry developments. Has a knack for making work feel a little less like… work and more like a productive part of the day.
