As a Senior Salesforce Engineer within PNC's Retail Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will be part of a team who support our Retail Customer Care Center agents and Branch Bankers with the ability to assist customers leveraging Salesforce technology, enabling our employees to better assist PNC customers. Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms. Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Writes code, tests, and deploys software. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software. Maintains and debugs software.

Base Salary: $55,000.00 $152,374.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 07/08/2025, although it may be longer with business discretion.
