Registered Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Patient Care Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Education and Communication:
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on health-related topics and disease management.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
