Lease apartments at assigned property to achieve increased occupancy to meet revenue objectives. Develop marketing plans to increase traffic. Audit ILS content and post Craigslist ads. Understand the comp set at assigned properties and ensure the market survey is updated. Prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants. Maintaining accurate and organized lease files and traffic activity reports. Inspect apartments for move-in readiness to ensure a positive move-in experience. Previous leasing background Intermediate MS Word/Excel knowledge Exceptional written and oral communication Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence Marketing experience Resident Retention: Assist in lease renewal programs. Coordinate and host resident activities. Communicate skillfully with all inquiries including prospects and residents. Record and order maintenance requests as needed. Qualifications, Skills & Background: Yardi experience preferred Lease up experience preferred Previous leasing background Intermediate MS Word/Excel knowledge Exceptional written and oral communication Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence Ability to Sell and Close!!!
