Senior FP&A Analyst (Adaptive Admin) - Hybrid (Fort Lauderdale, FL) - $85-110K
We’re working with a high-performing private-sector organization seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst with strong Adaptive Planning experience to support and optimize their financial systems and corporate reporting processes.
This is a critical role that blends traditional FP&A responsibilities with ownership of budgeting platforms and high visibility to senior finance leadership. You’ll be a go-to contributor on forecasting, variance analysis, Adaptive model administration, and ad hoc executive-level reporting. The ideal candidate brings a strong finance foundation, systems curiosity, and the ability to communicate insights with clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the full FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Build and maintain financial models to support monthly forecasts and long-range planning
Own and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, web reporting, and user administration
Serve as a subject matter resource on OfficeConnect and Excel-driven reports
Partner with business units and senior leaders to provide actionable insights
Identify trends and areas for improvement across budgeting, profitability, and cash flow
Help evolve the financial reporting strategy, including automation, dashboarding, and system alignment
Support integrations with external systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
Contribute to financial presentations, board reporting, and executive-level planning sessions
Qualifications:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (required); MBA preferred
~4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally with exposure to multiple budget cycles
~ Strong Adaptive Planning experience: model building, reporting, and system oversight
~ Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, etc.); OfficeConnect a strong plus
~ Comfort with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
~ Proven ability to support financial close, develop dashboards, and improve reporting accuracy
~ A balance of technical finance acumen and interpersonal collaboration with stakeholders
