Salary:

Summary: The candidate will be responsible for providing analyses and trade-off studies related to operational issues and reviews test plans to ensure operational requirements. The candidate will work with little to no supervision to plan, conduct, direct, analyze, and interpret information for business, financial, technical and professional service-related initiatives and/or contracts. Advanced level knowledge is necessary to estimate and schedule work to meet completion dates and supply advice and counsel to senior analysts and other professionals. This position oversees the work of subordinate staff and may require supervisory duties.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as a key analyst and liaison to support a wide variety of functions and activities.
• Researches, reviews, collects, analyzes, and interprets sophisticated and sensitive information from various studies, systems, and reports.
• Conducts and directs studies, research analysis, and projects.
• Reviews and prepares detailed and comprehensive reports, and briefings and presents to senior-level audiences.
• Evaluates business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to business problems, and oversees work methods and standards. 

Qualifications: 

• A Master's degree or equivalent certificate degree is required or three (3) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a related degree.
  
• One (1) year of specialized experience assisting in providing business analyst support, program management support, and experience resolving operational or programmatic discrepancies and recommending solutions in required
  
• Experience with translating system requirements and business processes into technical documentation, including use cases, process diagrams and functional design documents, and scorecards.
• Experience with modeling business processes process analysis methodologies, with analyzing complex processes, systems or datasets using an array of methods and technologies, articulating findings in briefing materials, and contributing to the development of solutions based on analytical findings.
• Applies expert professional knowledge of information technology policy and techniques, process improvement, data management, and related disciplines to perform duties required by the PM.

Clearance: 

• Top Secret Clearance is required 

Place of Performance: 

• Hybrid/ Hanover, MD (in office when needed)
