Pay $68k+ DOE

Are you a driven B2B sales professional ready to take on a high-impact Sales Representative role? Our client is looking for a candidate who has excellent sales acumen and thrives on building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities:

· Proactively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and leveraging our existing database.

· Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer challenges and position our products and services as the optimal solution.

· Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations (which may involve some light operation of equipment).

· Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.

· Achieve and consistently exceed agreed upon goals.

· Prepare professional, accurate quotes and proposals for prospective clients.

· Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.

· Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications :

· 3+ years of successful experience in B2B or B2C field sales, preferably selling equipment, industrial/commercial services, or related products.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a book of business.

· Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritize tasks.

· Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel depending on business needs.

· Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Technical aptitude or a basic understanding of mechanical equipment.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary $68k+ depending on experience, plus bonus potential.
