Job Description

*Experience in ophthalmology is required.

We’re seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee and optimize revenue cycle operations for a partner practice. This role requires expertise in physician billing, data analysis, and process improvement to ensure financial performance and compliance with industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing, payments, and AR processes at the practice level.
• Analyze and report key performance data and trends.
• Enhance policies and procedures to align with best practices.
• Handle claim corrections, appeals, and special projects as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, insurance representatives, and internal teams.
• Stay current with healthcare coding and billing regulations, especially for specialty practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management (ophthalmology experienced required).
• Certification in billing/coding is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management systems (e.g., NextGen, Nextech).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
