Regional Sales Manager

ICP is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, delivering technical expertise, and fostering strong customer relationships within the Western Region. This role supports the strategic goals of ICP Group by promoting CRA (Commercial Roof Adhesives) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) adhesive products, conducting training, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Drive sales of Commercial roof adhesives and OEM adhesives within the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM representatives, commercial roofing contractors, distributors, consultants, and architects.
• Assist the Director of Sales with regional sales forecasting and reporting.
• Gather and share competitive intelligence and market trends.

• Provide technical expertise and product support to customers and sales teams.
• Conduct formal and informal adhesive testing to support project sales.
• Lead job start-ups and offer on-the-roof technical training.
• Deliver classroom-style presentations and live product demonstrations.

• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Halt production or place products on hold if quality, safety, or regulatory standards are not met.
• Make purchases and expenditures in accordance with ICP's Signature Approval Policy.

• Represent ICP Construction in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
• Promote the features and benefits of CRA products through consistent engagement and education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field. With a minimum of 2 years of experience of roofing adhesives.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Experience in technical sales or construction-related industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including potential international travel.
