Becoming a Team Member:

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
  • Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent
  • Manage campus recruitment initiatives to attract entry-level candidates
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems for candidate management
  • Coordinate employee evaluation processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Rippling & Asana experience preferred
  • Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Experience in employee evaluation processe s
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related HR role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
