We also help victims of accidents, misconduct, and violence get compensation from insurance. Weve raised over $100 million from top VC firms like Fika, Forerunner, GV (Google Ventures), and True Ventures. Our team has grown from 89 to over 151 employees, and we expect to expand further in 2025.

The Job

Our goal is to assist over 250,000 Americans in the next two years by providing access to benefits across Disability, Worker's Compensation, and Personal Injury cases. To achieve this, we need to scale our hiring efforts for engineering, design, product, and marketing roles. As a Recruiter, you will architect pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and lead efforts to attract and convert top talent.

  • Proven success in hiring top-tier talent for 2+ years at a startup with high standards.
  • Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles, with ability to learn new fields quickly.

Salary and Benefits
