•Organize and schedule showings of homes efficiently by coordinating with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers.
•Accompany buyer clients to property viewings, focusing on options that align with their needs and financial plans.
•Assist clients in determining optimal offer prices and navigate them through the closing process for a seamless transaction experience.
