Familiar with the principles and processes of gene-edited animal model preparation; capable of independently managing technical service projects related to gene-edited mouse and rat models, tracking project progress, and reporting to clients. Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide project strategies, and confirm technical solutions. Familiar with internal business processes of the platform; conduct timely technical communication and exchanges with clients, answer technical questions, and feed back solutions to clients. Compose detailed and complete Chinese and English project reports with high quality and efficiency. Assist in market promotion, and be responsible for product technical support and presentations.
