The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is eager to learn, is willing to put in the effort, and is interested in learning about the signage/branding industry. Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign a plus.

We are a Milwaukee based, family owned company that specializes in large-format graphics and environmental branding. Responsibilities:

• Work with outside sales to manage projects from inception, sampling, proofing, site survey, and installation
• Perform site surveys with accurate measurements with tape measures and laser measuring devices
• Create proof drawings in Adobe Illustrator
• Create print ready artwork in Adobe Illustrator
• Create and execute project schedules
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers by phone or in person
• Provide outstanding customer experience and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrate ability to work quickly, neatly, while multi-tasking, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic to take initiative to stay on top of projects timelines and milestones
• Proven record of focusing on quality and attention to detail
• Takes initiative to uncover opportunities and solve problems
• Superior problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Strong computer skills

Experience:

• No experience is necessary as we will train.
• Previous print or sign / graphics / design industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign a plus.
