What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the floor, supporting a team involved in mechanical and refrigeration assembly.
• Help keep production on track by managing schedules, resolving issues, and adjusting priorities as needed.
• Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep things running smoothly.
• Support equipment maintenance and help identify opportunities for upgrades or improvements.
• Use digital tools to manage timekeeping and performance tracking.

What You Bring

• A degree in Operations, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly; refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is a bonus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
