We are seeking a talented Product Manager to help lead the development and delivery of our autonomous orchestration platform. This is an exceptional opportunity to build novel product features from the ground up, working directly with customers to define requirements and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform multi-domain autonomous operations. You'll own the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning and market analysis to feature development and customer success.
Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for autonomous orchestration solutions
Work directly with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable product features
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to customer deployment
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product positioning
Develop go-to-market strategies and support business development efforts with technical product expertise
Manage product launches and coordinate with customers on successful deployment and integration
Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
2+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology or software products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder product development projects
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance
MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
Previous military, government, or defense industry experience
Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, AI/ML, or related technologies
Background in both technical product management and product marketing
Existing security clearance
Experience working with DoD or intelligence community customers
Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate user needs into product requirements
Technical acumen to work effectively with engineering teams and understand complex systems
Versatility to handle diverse responsibilities from technical specifications to marketing positioning
