Position Title: Associate, Private Equity
Location: On-premises in either Fargo, ND or Dallas, TX
About the Firm: We are a fast-growing, lower middle-market asset manager rooted in Midwestern values and committed to building strong partnerships. Our Private Equity team focuses on partnering with founders and families to acquire leading manufacturing and business services companies. We currently have seven portfolio companies based throughout the US across manufacturing and business services sectors.
Position Description: We are seeking an Associate to join our private equity team for a Spring / Summer 2025 start-date. This role will work closely with our private equity team and founders. You will work on a small deal team and be exposed to the full spectrum of private equity investing including evaluation of new platform investments, identification and execution of add-on acquisitions, investment thesis development, portfolio management, and deal execution. We are looking for an intelligent self-starter who is looking to think creatively and strategically.
