Executive Home Care of Fort Myers is seeking an experienced, highly professional caregiver (HHA or CNA) to provide white-glove in-home care for a private, affluent client. This role requires not only exceptional caregiving skills but also the ability to manage household responsibilities and deliver service with the highest level of discretion, initiative, and professionalism.

Schedule:

• Friday 4p8p
• Saturday 9a1p & 4p8p
• Sunday 9a1p & 4p8p

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on bedside care, including safe transfers and personal care
• Utilize and operate a Hoyer lift with confidence and skill
• Perform mobility support and bedside assistance with dignity and respect
• Oversee household management tasks, including:
  • Meal preparation (client and spouse)
  • Laundry and linens
  • Light housekeeping and maintaining a well-organized, polished home environment
  • Medication Reminders/Monitoring Vitals
• Engage with the client in a warm, outgoing , and companionable manner
• Demonstrate a self-starter attitude with initiative and strong problem-solving skills

Ideal Candidate

• Certified CNA or HHA with proven experience in private home care
• Skilled in Hoyer lift use and safe transfer techniques
• Professional appearance and demeanor; confident in high-profile settings
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage both care and household duties
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and build trust with both client and spouse
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellence in caregiving
