Responsibilities: •Assign calls consistent with the technician's skillset
•Coach technicians daily on the RISE process to ensure they execute lead generation via call by call management
•Hold each direct report accountable to achieving picture perfect installation / iAuditor completion
•Verify and enforce technician's accurate utilization of required digital forms, pictures, paperwork, and field software
•Conduct post call follow-ups for customer satisfaction and re-hash any lost revenue potential
•Train and provide coaching for all technicians to ensure they meet or exceed their budgeted KPIs
•Provide ongoing performance reviews for all technicians
•Supervise technicians to include coaching, scheduling, setting work priorities, training, evaluating performance, and work standards
•Perform call by call and manages capacity
•Coordinate with dispatch to ensure the correct technician assigned to the appropriate call
•Evaluate staff to determine and develop specific training requirements
•Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients to satisfactory conclusions
•Continuously upgrades the talent of the team and identifies new recruits to onboard
Requirements
- 3+ years of Management experience
- 3+ years of Plumbing Experience
- 3+ years of Sales Experience
- OSHA 30 (preferred)
- General business acumen
- Performance analysis
- Exceptional oral and written communications

- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel for business when necessary
- Four years of experience in a technical role or two years as a service or installation manager in the home services industry
- Exceptional leadership skills to build and train a high-performance team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadliness
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Pay information - Base pay with commission. Unlimited earning potential. $100k+ earning expectation.
