Job Description

Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Baby Clothes Picker/Packer to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment, particularly in the baby clothing department. The Picker/Packer will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing baby clothes for shipment, ensuring that all products are in excellent condition and properly labeled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking:

  • Accurately pick baby clothing items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
  • Ensure the correct size, color, and style are chosen for each order.
  • Double-check orders for accuracy before packing.
  • Packing:

  • Carefully pack baby clothes in protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Follow all packing guidelines and ensure items are securely packed.
  • Label packages correctly with shipping information and special instructions.
  • Quality Control:

  • Inspect baby clothes for any defects, stains, or damage before packing.
  • Report any issues or shortages to the supervisor.
  • Inventory Management:

  • Help maintain stock levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
  • Track product movement and assist with inventory counts.
  • Safety & Cleanliness:

  • Ensure that the work area remains clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling products.
  • Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure that each order is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
  • Address any packing or picking errors promptly.
  • Skills:
  • Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to task
